Description

This dense, extra-seedy rye & spelt whole-grain bread is incredibly moist. It sits beautifully at room temperature for 6-7 days and is the perfect thin, crusty slice to use for your avocado toast.
Natural Long Fermentation. Low Gluten. Easy digestion.

Ingredients:Organic  100% Rye wholemeal flour, organic Spelt/Dinkel  sourdough starter/leaven, organic golden linseeds, organic unhulled sesame, water, organic sea salt. Vegan-Friendly.
Wheat, Sugar, Soy, Yeast, Additives & Preservatives FREE

STORAGE TIP
We recommend to simply keep your bread wrapped in a paper or cotton bag inside a plastic bag. Store in a bread bin or cool storage area away from the sun. 
Storing in the fridge will slow the start of the moulding and of course, in the freezer, it will last for several months.
Simply slice and wrap it in tin foil, or glad wrap or just put in a container before freezing for your convenience.
